Make 2008 Your Healthiest Year Ever! On February 19, at 6:00 p.m. at the Mustard Seed, learn how to create an action plan for better health and support a good cause at the same time! At this life-changing event, five of Jackson’s most respected leaders in the fields of health, fitness, nutrition and personal care, will give you the most up-to-date, effective and sure-fire solutions you can use right now to MAKE 2008 YOUR HEALTHIEST YEAR EVER! Severe weather on the horizon

The National Weather Service is anticipating rough weather rolling into the Magnolia State later today and tonight:

A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS AND WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER EVENT WILL DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE INTO TONIGHT AS A DEEP LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM APPROACHES THE REGION. TORNADOES…SOME OF WHICH MAY BE STRONG OR VIOLENT…AND DAMAGING WINDS WILL BE THE PRIMARY CONCERNS. LARGE HAIL…POSSIBLY GREATER THAN GOLF BALLS…WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE WITH SOME OF THE STRONGER STORMS.

SCATTERED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE LOUISIANA PARISHES AND MOVE INTO THE DELTA REGION BY MID TO LATE AFTERNOON. BETWEEN 2 AND 10 PM…AREAS ALONG NORTHWEST OF THE NATCHEZ TRACE WILL SEE THE MAIN RISK OF SEVERE STORMS…WITH AREAS NORTHWEST OF A VICKSBURG TO GRENADA LINE SEEING THE GREATEST RISK OF SEVERE STORMS. LOCATIONS EAST OF THE NATCHEZ TRACE WILL SEE A BROKEN LINE OF STORMS EVOLVE…SOME OF WHICH WILL BE SEVERE…AND PUSH EAST ACROSS THE REGION BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND 7 AM WEDNESDAY MORNING.

NOW IS THE TIME TO REVIEW SEVERE WEATHER PLANS AT YOUR HOME…BUSINESS…OR SCHOOL…
